Walking my dogs this morning I noticed my tulip bulbs have green shoots! That means it won’t be too long before Spring blooms peek out! It also means Spring Cleaning... and it's a great way to refresh now and prepare for the Summer months ahead.
1. Start In The Bedroom
Begin with the bed clothes by washing all of the sheets and linens. Then move on to dusting, wiping all counters and surfaces clean. Since Summer purchases may be inevitable, take an hour or two to look through your closet and donate or throw away clothing you just don't wear anymore.
2. Life To The Living Room
For most folks, the living room gets a lot of activity and could use some time with the vacuum or mop, so once you’ve dusted the baseboards and vacuumed the couch, give the floor some TLC. When that's done... dust everything, and return books and/or movies to their stored spaces.
